My aim is to create a space where deep reflection meets clarity and growth, and where curiosity and authenticity thrive. I accompany my clients on their leadership and self-development journeys, whether they seek to navigate career transitions, enhance their impact, or gain new perspectives on complex challenges.

I believe that leadership is a continuous learning process—one that requires both courage and adaptability. Every experience, whether personal or professional, offers an opportunity to grow, refine our thinking, and align more closely with who we truly are.

I know how easy it is to get caught in patterns of overthinking, self-doubt, or the need to control outcomes. I have questioned my own path, wrestled with the tension between confidence and hesitation, and felt the weight of high expectations. I have learned that transformation comes not from having all the answers, but from being willing to step back, challenge assumptions, and explore new perspectives.

As a coach and supervisor, I help my clients move beyond mental barriers by exploring and reshaping the beliefs, habits, and perspectives that may be holding them back. Together, we bring awareness to the patterns that no longer serve them and create new ways of thinking and leading that feel both authentic and energizing. I believe in each person’s ability to unlock new possibilities and direct their energy toward meaningful, sustainable growth.

With a PhD in Physics, a Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology from UEL(UK), and credentials as a ICF Master Certified Coach, coach supervisor (ESIA, EMCC), and team coach (ACTC), I combine analytical rigor with human-centered coaching. In addition to my coaching practice, I am a Professor of Management Practice  at the University of Brussels and a researcher in coaching and coaching supervision, continuously exploring how reflective practices can enhance leadership and personal transformation.

If you’re feeling uncertain about your next steps, searching for greater purpose, or ready to create meaningful change, let’s work together. You already have what it takes—sometimes, you just need the right guide to help you see it.

    —————————————————

Valerie Livesay, PhD, is a distinguished expert in leadership development, human development, and organizational transformation. With an extensive background spanning academia, nonprofit leadership, and corporate consulting, she brings a multifaceted approach to fostering leadership excellence, organizational growth and human development. In her work, Valerie integrates comprehensive research, innovative facilitation methodologies, and a belief in humans’ ability to grow in complexity to empower leaders and organizations to meet their intentions and achieve their fullest potential.

Valerie is the foremost thinker on fallback in adult development, our experiences of being unable to show up with our full capacities to think, feel, and act with the full suite of options that were available to us just moments before. Her work in this field—developed through original research with the leading theorists and practitioners in the vertical development space, as well as deep, longitudinal exploration of the lived experience of fallback—expanded the understanding of how adults grow. Valerie’s research revealed that rather than a stairway to heaven, vertical development is experienced quite frequently as one step back, two steps forward. Indeed, the times when we don’t show up our best can paradoxically be a tremendous catalyst for our growth.

Valerie developed an innovative and playful methodology to accompany individuals and teams as they transform what may often be a vicious cycle of falling back into a virtuous cycle of increased self- and other-awareness and a deep connection to values and intentions. Her Ghost Light framework invites us to come to know the ensemble of characters that makes us up with compassion, honesty, and acceptance while also calling on us to become clearer about our purpose and intentional in the characters we cast in the scenes of our lives.

Valerie’s extensive experience with a multitude of tools and practices in the vertical development, leadership development, and organizational development domains in areas including power and authority, group dynamics, change and adaptation, and systems-thinking allows her to seamlessly and skillfully integrate different approaches to meet the situation, the audience and the moment where they are, creating an environment of both support and challenge.

Valerie employs transformational coaching, dynamic facilitation, and impactful speaking to unlock the full potential of individuals and organizations. She has presented at international conferences and is a frequent invited speaker and collaborator to the leading vertical and leadership development assessment organizations, facilitating experiential explorations on the lived experience, complexities, and opportunities of what is revealed through the assessments we use. Valerie works internationally with a diverse array of clients and constituencies including universities (University of Adelaide’s Transformational Leadership Program); sustainability and development agencies (Inner Development Goals); organizations serving humans in contexts of change, conflict, and crisis (Lead Beyond); and those catalyzing spiritual solutions to social problems (The Fetzer Institute). She has worked extensively with individuals working in government and military agencies as they navigated transitions in role and context.

Valerie is the author of a book, Leaving the Ghost Light Burning: Illuminating Fallback in Embrace of the Fullness of You, and several articles exploring developmental theory and its practical applications in leadership contexts.

Valerie holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and earned her Master’s in Nonprofit Leadership and Management and a PhD in Leadership Studies from the University of San Diego. She lives in Southern California with her husband and two children, who serve simultaneously as the most frequent protagonists of and audience to her experiences of fallback and the greatest source of her desire to do better.

Hi! I am a developmental coach (ICF Member), narrative therapist (ACA Level 2) and facilitator, based in Melbourne, Australia (AEST).

I came to coaching after a 25-year career in corporate communications and business engagement. Wanting to prepare myself for a path more aligned with my values and beliefs, I completed a Master in Narrative Therapy (University of Melbourne) then Foundational Diploma in Developmental Coaching with VDI.

My initial focus was working with people seeking asylum and has since expanded to focus on women in midlife transition, influenced by my personal experiences of peri-menopause and changing family dynamics.

After decades in roles with a strong directional agenda (advisory, strategy and engagement), the shift into a quieter, more enquiry-based approach was welcome but challenging. It was really powerful to see clarity and confidence emerge in clients once I took my hands off the metaphorical steering wheel.

In 2024, I established InReach Coaching to work primarily with women in mid-life transition. This supports my pro bono practice with people from refugee backgrounds.

My approach is to work alongside clients to set clear intentions and provide scaffolding as they navigate the pathway through change. Narrative therapy is a guiding force in my work because we live multi-storied lives and transitions require a sorting and re-stacking of the stories we tell ourselves.

Beyond coaching, I’m a yoga fan, podcast addict and keen traveller. This year, I’ve resolved to strike up a conversation every day with someone I don’t know, which has opened me up to many new ideas and perspectives.

To make contact, go to linktr.ee/InReachJPelly for my online contacts. I’ll look forward to connecting with you here or there.

In today’s fast paced and dynamic world we make decisions, respond to people and deal with unexpected situations constantly and at a rapid pace; a pace we don’t often control and can’t predict. Don’t face this world without support, without coaching.

Surviving a near-fatal jet crash in 1997, earning the call sign "Laz" for Lazarus, wasn't just a dramatic event; it was a profound awakening. That moment, suspended by my harness as my flipped aircraft lay still, forced me to confront the fragility of life and the power of resilience. My initial shame transformed into a deep understanding of human vulnerability and the importance of compassion.

This journey and my perspectives on 30 years of naval leadership fueled my creation of Lazarus Coaching and Consulting in 2023. I believe in the transformative power of facing our "mistakes," recognizing them as stepping stones to growth rather than defining moments of failure. I'm passionate about working with individuals and organizations as an executive coach and leadership development facilitator, guiding them to unlock their extraordinary potential.

I offer a partnership rooted in empathy, perspective-shifting, and unwavering support. I value courage, accountability, and the belief that every challenge holds an opportunity for resurrection. I'm here to help you navigate your journey and discover the strength and wisdom within you, not just reach a destination.

My Name is Monica Beregszaszi, an experienced IT Professional, Coach, Mentor, and Facilitator.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the IT industry, I've worn many hats—from consultant and trainer to mentor, facilitator, and leader. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients navigate their personal and professional journeys, supporting them in both job-related and personal development goals.

My diverse background spans education, pedagogy, training, and mentoring, allowing me to guide individuals—whether children or adults—through transformative processes. From my early years growing up in a Romanian village under communism, where I developed a deep connection with nature and learned valuable life lessons, to my exposure to cultural diversity after moving to Germany on a DAAD scholarship in the post-revolution period, my experiences have shaped my understanding of human growth.

Leaving my home country for the first time was my first “culture shock,” yet it sparked a lifelong curiosity to explore new cultures and continuously adapt to change. However, it was becoming a mother that truly marked a turning point in my life. This phase brought a profound shift in my values, responsibilities, and aspirations, reshaping my vision of personal growth and development.

I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to grow as a Vertical Development coach under the mentorship of Alis Anagnostakis. This experience was transformative, enriching my understanding of how people evolve on their personal journeys, and helping me refine my coaching approach.

My guiding principle, "Make the best of what you have" ("Fa rai din ce ai" in Romanian), reflects my belief in embracing life fully. I strive to create a space of trust, acceptance, kindness, curiosity, and creativity for my clients, guiding them on their paths of self-discovery and growth. Life is meant to be explored, lived, and cherished, even in moments when shadows obscure the light.

Hi, I’m Samantha, a proud mum, wife, and cat parent who lives in Sydney, Australia. I am privileged to have been able to travel to many countries around the world for both work and pleasure, and I have a second home in the Netherlands where I met my husband. What I love about travelling is seeing the completely different realities people live all over the world and it reminds me life is not fixed.

I also love travelling because I am constantly curious. Curious about how other people live, how they operate, how they think differently, the different meaning they give things and most importantly the different results that gets for them. Most importantly though, I am curious about what gets in peoples way of them creating the outcomes they truly want.

I primarily work with leaders, or aspiring leaders, in support of their growth and development. I am passionate about working with leaders because we desperately need great leaders in this world. Also, the environment in which leaders have to operate is getting more and more complex, so if there is anything I can do to support them I will.

I have worked in Leadership Development for over 5 years, however prior to that I worked as a Forensic Scientist. I loved my job as a Forensic Scientist, I enjoy investigating things and it was the perfect outlet for my curiosity. However, as I matured and changed, I began to realise I had so much more to offer. Towards the end of my career as a Forensic Scientist I started to embark on transformation projects. I could not help myself. I lead culture reform projects for a workforce of 1000 and instigated a nation wide Work Health and Safety transformation project. I was compelled to face the truth head on, and had the courage to do something about it because I knew it would cascade benefits to so many people, and start to limit people’s suffering. I then realised that supporting transformation is what I am meant to do.

I have worked with hundreds of leaders supporting their growth and development. Whether that is through coaching, delivering workshops to address specific capability gaps, or delivering long term programs supporting greater self-awareness and collective transformation.

We all have so much more potential inside that we can tap into if we choose. My life commitment is to continue to nurture more and more of my own potential, and equally support others that want to do the same.
