This unique, online, self-paced certification program supports existing coaches, leaders, as well as facilitators, educators and L&D practitioners to integrate cutting-edge research on vertical development into their day-to-day work with clients and teams.
It is most suitable for those who are already familiar with foundational coaching skills and are keen to focus on integrating vertical development into their work.

For over 15 years Alis has been designeding and facilitated transformative learning programs in organisations large and small, across industries, sectors and cultures. She has coached hundreds of teams and senior leaders, supporting them in their growth.
As a practitioner, Alis balances group facilitation with executive coaching and brings her lens as a researcher in designing science-informed leadership programs and measuring ROI for organisational clients who invest in leadership development.
In her work with leaders, she is guided by a core underlying principle: the unconditional positive regard for the client’s resources and capacity to transform themselves.
